As a Financial Officer in the Project Controlling and Management Office (PCMO), Dr Francisco Javier Casado Hebrard coordinates the financial aspects of several European research projects (CASTIEL 2, EuroCC 2, EuroCC4SEE, FFPlus), some of which involve German funding (BMBF, MWK Baden-Württemberg). Dr Casado manages project funds and is responsible for related questions from all project participants (internal and external).

Dr. Casado worked as a Project Manager for EU-funded projects for 12 years, first at the University of Hohenheim (2012-2021) and then at Steinbeis Europa Zentrum (2021–2024). 

Dr. Casado holds a Master's degree from the University of Seville in Pharmacy and a second one from the University of Cordoba in Food Science and Technology.
