As a member of the HLRS Visualization Department's technical staff, Jutta Sauer is involved in a variety of activities including programming, video production, media technology maintenance, and systems administration. This includes creating videos for HLRS's external communications and managing the center's audiovisual equipment.

Ms. Sauer also works on an editor to capture and describe driving scenarios for simulators in a standardized way, and is responsible for the Windows pool updates and the backup of the Visualization Department's digital resources.

Ms. Sauer passed a state examination for secondary school teachers and completed postgraduate study focusing on computational science for educationalists.
