Dr. Ricarda Gatter works as project manager in the department Converged Computing at HLRS. She oversees and coordinates national and EU-projects, in particular activities in the EU-project CASTIEL 2.

Ricarda Gatter holds a PhD in Geosciences from the University of Bremen. Her work as a researcher mainly focused on the investigation of natural hazards, in particular submarine landslides, and the 3D (micro-Computed Tomography) analysis of marine sediments. Before joining HLRS, Ricarda worked as a postdoctoral researcher at MARUM - Center for Marine Environmental Sciences and the Faculty of Geosciences, University of Bremen, where she was part of a project management team that oversees and coordinates EU-funded Doctoral Networks and ESR projects.
