Sophia Honisch leads HLRS’s public relations efforts, managing the center’s social media channels, media relations activities, and communications to the broader public. As head of the HLRS Public Relations Department, she also oversees the operations of the center’s PR team.

In addition, Honisch provides communications expertise in support of selected HLRS projects, contributing to work packages focusing on communication and dissemination.

Honisch holds a joint master's degree in strategic communication and public relations from the University of Stirling, Scotland and Universitat Pompeu Fabra, Spain.
