Research Scientist
Dr. Khatuna Kakhiani is a research scientist developing new training activities, organizing on-site and online training events, researching and teaching in the domains of artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), deep learning (DL), and high-performance computing (HPC).
Holding a PhD from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) in physical chemistry, Dr. Kakhiani’s scientific interests include artificial intelligence/deep learning, high-performance data analytics, quantum computing, green computing, exascale computing and high-performance computing in combination with multiscale modeling and simulation, reaction kinetics and dynamics, quantum chemistry, and materials modeling.
